Urban Oasis Yoga & Wellness looks out onto Lake Sammamish and is located in a bedroom community between the cities of Sammamish and Issaquah in Washington State. We are the only integrated healthcare and yoga facility in the greater Seattle area. At 4,200 square feet, our facility has been designed with all the natural elements in mind: stone, wood, metal, fire, and water. Our state-of the-art center focuses on a “ONE STOP SHOP” concept for integrated healthcare and yoga in a spa like setting.
Our facility consist of two large yoga studios, one is designed for Alignment-base yoga (Iyengar), with a 58 foot yoga wall and all the props necessary for proper alignment and Therapeutic yoga. The other studio is set up for our Warm (80º) Power Vinyasa classes, as well as Hatha, Ashtanga, Workshops and RYT Advance Trainings programs. By offering over 38 classes a week, taught in 7 different yoga and meditation styles, all by certified yoga instructors, Urban Oasis has quickly been set apart from other yoga studios.
On the integrated healthcare & wellness side, Urban Oasis has brought together a team of well educated, experienced and compassionate practitioners. Our team consist of a Naturopathic Doctor, 2 Massage practitioners, an Acupuncturists, Chinese herbalists, Nutritionist, 2 Clinical Therapists, a Hypnotherapist and Skin Care Specialist.
